Putting our
tenants first!

We are a property management company who puts our tenants first!

Our mission at Next Move Property Management Limited is to ensure that our tenants feel at home in our properties. We want our tenants to feel safe, secure and happy living in our properties. We are focussed on creating a quality and comfortable home for our tenants where they feel that it is their home and not a rented property!

We are proud of the longevity of our tenants who often rent our properties for many years. Some start renting as a couple and end up leaving as a family many years later to move into their own homes.

We rented a property from Nagil for 3 years and 7 months, and our experience was excellent throughout. Nagil was a fantastic landlord; kind, professional, and always quick to respond whenever we needed help. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, and communication was always easy and respectful.

The property was well maintained and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed living there. We highly recommend Nagil to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and caring landlord. Thank you for making our tenancy such a positive experience!

Nigel is the best landlord I’ve ever had, he’s hands on, makes sure that every issue is solved quickly and efficiently & always has a smile on his face!
I’m happy renting from him and enjoy the comfort of the house and can happily make it my own home ☺️

Thank you Nigel!

We rented a property for several years without any issues. If there were any problems they would be dealt with very quickly without any disruption.
